Dear Quilting Friends:

Thanks for your interest in SewFree’s spring quilt retreat. We are working diligently to make this a first class quilting retreat experience and hope you will join us.

Picture this: an opportunity to sew free from daily responsibilities (no beds to make, no meals to fix); to sew free from daily distractions (no phones or television in the rooms); and to sew guilt free (finish that UFO, or trade it away and start on something new). This week is all about YOU.

Our program is created by quilters, for quilters and is staffed entirely by quilters. We have kept class offerings to a minimum to allow for a maximum of “sew free sessions” while offering a myriad of show & tell opportunities, “make it & take it” projects, guest speakers, demos, as well as setting aside time for fun and games.

The Quilter’s Marketplace has both new and used items for sale, and the on-site quilt shop is beyond your expectations!

Our retreats are held in North Georgia on lovely Lake Louise at the Baptist Conference Center in Toccoa, and are marketed to quilters in Alabama, South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, and Tennessee.

Food is important to any successful retreat experience. I guarantee Chef Meyhoefer is wonderful. Meals are delicious and bountiful.

Bring your quilting buddies from home, make this your quilt guild retreat, or meet a new group of BFF’s during retreat week.
