Sew Free Spring Retreat begins Tuesday afternoon May 3rd, and ends Friday May 6th, at noon.

A $65.00 deposit is required to secure your reservation.

Registration fees can be made in two payments as follows:

Deposit	$65.00
Balance is due by February 15, 2011	$210.00

Retreat Costs:

Registration, 3 nights lodging, meals, & sewing space (based on double occupancy)	$275.00
single room supplement	$85.00

We accept personal check, US Postal Money Order or PayPal.

Please make sure you understand our cancellation policy before you register.

• A$65.00 processing fee will be charged should you need to cancel before the balance is due (February 1, 2011).  
• All cancellations must be in writing (by USPS mail or e-mail)
• Registration may be transferred to a new person of your choice.  We will also maintain a wait list.  If we have a quilter on our waiting list who can take your place, we will refund your payment (less a $25.00 processing fee) within 2 weeks of receiving the transferee’s registration form and payment.
• Classes will be filled on a first come, first registered basis.  SewFree reserves the right to cancel an individual class if registrations are not sufficient for that class by March 1, 2011; 100% of your class fee will be returned or may be applied to another class.
• In the event we should need to cancel a retreat, your entire payment will be refunded in full within 30 days, or can be applied to another retreat.

 

Registrations will be taken in the order they are received. 

• Quilters attending the 2010 SewFree Quilt Retreat will have priority registration until August 31, 2010.

We will make every effort to give you all choices requested.  Early registration increases your opportunity to get your first choices.

        Gift Certificates Available

Wondering what to suggest to family or friends for Christmas or birthday?  We will be delighted to provide a gift certificate for any or all of the registration and/or class fee.
